BLUE BAND GRADING SYLABUS 

At K-Star Thai Boxing Academy we have a very high standard of Thai boxing, we are one of the best gyms in the country.  This is because we pay a lot of attention to correct technique and therefore produce very skilful and powerful Thai boxers.  One of the main factors that contribute to this is our grading syllabus.

Regular gradings mean that your technique and style are constantly monitored, bad habits are not allowed to form and improvements are constantly made.

The Grading syllabus is designed to stretch your abilities, so that gradually all the techniques are mastered and you become a very knowledgeable and skillful Thai Boxer. This extensive knowledge of Thai Boxing will help you greatly if you ever decide to fight in the ring or become an instructor yourself.

Below is what you have to do for your BLUE Band. If there is anything that you don't know/understand, or anything you need more practice with, please let your instructor know asap and we will go over it with you.
