Great news our 4 week Complete beginners Thai Boxing course starts TOMORROW AT6pm!
I’m really looking forward to this, I love seeing people change their lives and get fitter, stronger and more confident.
Everyone on the course will be a complete beginner and we will be starting from scratch, so don’t worry if you are not very fit at the moment.

The course starts Monday 17th Nov and costs just £49 and is on every Monday and Wednesday at 6pm for 4 weeks. This will give you a brilliant opportunity to try us out and get some real benefits for yourself.
